Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of common areas, corridors, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify maintenance or access issues.;
Monitor access points and observe on-site activity, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations according to post orders.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing assistance and coordinating with site contacts and/or public responders as needed.;
Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation, communicate key information during shift turnovers, and support site operations as directed by Allied Universal.
