Requirements:
- U.S. citizen, 21+ years old
- Active or retired sworn law enforcement with POST certification
- Agency CCW endorsement
- Valid BSIS armed security license
- Minimum 3 years law enforcement or detention experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Physically capable of extended standing, sitting, or walking
- Strong judgment, conflict de-escalation, emotional intelligence
- Honorable or general discharge if veteran
- Pass comprehensive background check
Job duties include:
- Following post orders and safety protocols
- Maintaining professional appearance and demeanor
- Responding to emergencies and suspicious activity
- Monitoring and safeguarding assets and people
- Reporting incidents clearly and promptly
