We’re looking for motivated, self‑driven sales professionals to join our growing Xplor Pay Direct Sales team in the payment solutions industry. This 100% commission‑based opportunity with residual income is ideal for those who want control over their time and income.

• Go door‑to‑door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and long‑term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.

• Minimum 2 years of business‑to‑business (B2B) outside sales experience (preferred).
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Can work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self‑source leads through prospecting, cold‑calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.
