Summary/Objective
The Logistics Sales Account Executive is responsible for generating leads and supporting the Sales Manager to meet sales and revenue goals. Duties include delivering sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiating contracts with potential clients regarding quotations, service agreements, and launching new operations. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, excellent interpersonal skills, and attention to service details.

Previous experience in logistics sales and/or customer service is required. Each semiannual sales target will be reviewed based on the past half-year's performance and established or adjusted for future semiannual and annual goals. The objective of the Sales Representative is to expand sales and profit while supporting operations to maintain business. The role demands high motivation and target-driven attitude.

Essential Functions

Field Sales

  • Research and identify new clients
  • Visit clients and potential clients in the USA and Mexico to evaluate needs or promote products and services
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and related departments of North America Group to expand sales zones across the USA and Mexico
  • Meet or exceed individual and company sales goals within schedule
  • Prepare sales reports and customer visit reports in a timely manner
  • Deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Plan sales schedules and business trips aligned with marketing strategies
  • Calculate and prepare cost estimates for new business proposals
  • Submit quotations to clients for new business
  • Update and submit quotations to existing customers
  • Prepare and submit service contracts for new business
  • Negotiate service contract terms, including TOS, with prospective clients
  • Respond to client inquiries about credit terms, services, prices, and availability
  • Maintain good communication and records of clients
