Sales Manager (Account Manager/BD), Between $110-140K + equity, Torrance

Sales Manager sought for a fast-growth climate aand sustainability startup based in South LA - this is a rapidly scaling company who have recently raised a significant amount of funding and are using next generation tech to tackle issues we have around climate change, disaster relief, humanatarian aid and many other use cases. We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead the sales strategy, build strong relationships with partners and drive revenue growth across a number of consumer, maritime and military markets.

As a Sales Manager, you will develop aand execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets across B2B and B2C channels as well as lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Alongside working closely with marketing and product teams, thinking about the customer experience, you will have the chance to take true ownership of your work and develop proposals and contracts tailored to the needs of clients.

Skills sought:

• Bachelors in business, sales, marketing, tech or relevant field
• 3+ years experience in sales, business development or account management
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and presentation skills - bonus points for having knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipeline management
• Experience working in a startup or fast paced environment
