Responsibilities
  • Respond to RFQ received through the system such as ILS and AEX and common email box.
  • Create quotes based on multiple market data and follow up customers requests.
  • Understand and utilize Company's technical data for customer's support.
  • Learn how to access / read Company's technical data for responding to customer's questions.
  • Process sales orders and manage orders to deliver the parts to our customers, with all the necessary documents in timely manner in order to achieve sales goal.
  • Prepare for meeting documents such as open sales orders, exchange log update, etc.
  • Manage your time and complete assigned tasks within the time specified
  • Analyze sales / RFQ history and plan a better approach to key customers.
  • Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time, including after hours.
