We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT industry, particularly Microsoft products, and a proven track record of success in sales.

• Meet and exceed sales targets, especially Microsoft solutions M365/Power Apps/Azure.
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts (clients communications and conflict resolution).
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
• Build long term relationships with partners and customers.
• Propose and implement MS solutions to existing or new clients, clearly demonstrating their added value.
• Report to President.
• Evaluate assigned accounts business processes and provide recommendations for automation and enhancements that generate additional revenue.
• Act as liaison for internal and external communications with assigned accounts, and manage ongoing conference calls to ensure a positive relationship with assigned accounts.
• Minimum of 5 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in the IT sector.
• Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft solutions.
• Co-work with partners and execute effective pipeline management to sales target.
• Competitive salary ($100K base salary + commission).
