Position OverviewWe are currently hiring a Sales Strategist to join our U.S. branch of a Japan-based company during its exciting launch phase! We provide education-related services and are expanding our operations internationally.
If you enjoy communicating with others and want to be part of a small, dynamic team where your ideas can shape the future, this is the perfect opportunity for you. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds, especially those eager to grow in sales, regardless of prior experience.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research and identify potential client segments
- Identify customer needs and build strong client relationships
- Present and follow up on our services and offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams to suggest improvements and new initiatives
- Contribute ideas to expand our presence in the U.S. market
- A positive team player with great interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both Japanese and English (business level)
- Experience in business development, strategy planning, sales, or related roles
- Experience working in Japanese companies is a plus
- Understanding of, or affinity with, the IT and/or EdTech industry is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Job Type:Full-time
Work Hours:
Weekdays 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation:
$70,000-$90,000 / annual salary (based on experience)
