Overview

Position Summary
Join a dynamic team and take ownership of product management and inventory strategy for the U.S. market. This role bridges global direction with local execution, ensuring optimal stock levels across retail stores and e-commerce. You will manage the full lifecycle of frames, lenses, and accessories, leveraging data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

• Develop and execute inventory strategies to maximize sales opportunities
• Coordinate logistics with external warehouses and global factories
• Manage product data accuracy for new launches
• Conduct physical inventory audits at retail locations
• Utilize bilingual skills (Japanese & English) for global communication
• Contribute to major projects, including warehouse relocation

• Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (business level)
• 3+ years of experience in inventory management, logistics, or merchandise planning within retail
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and proficiency in Google Suite
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Willingness to travel locally and flexibility for international calls outside standard hours
