Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $21.00/hr
Responsibilities- Provide customers with fast, friendly, accurate and safe service
- Process Checkout and/or Return transactions
- Monitor and maintain the Self-Checkout area
- Proactively seek product knowledge to provide information and identify selling opportunities
- Follow policies and procedures to minimize shrink
- Assist in supervising, coaching and training Front End Associates; support the Head Cashier with price checks, approving POS transactions and markdowns for mainline registers, Self-Checkout, Returns, Pro Desk, Special Services, and Tool Rental
- 1+ years of Cashier experience (preferred for Head Cashier)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
