Member Assist Cart Attendant

Position Summary

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot and that carts are ready and available. You will also assist members with loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go, rain or shine, sleet or snow. Our members count on you.

• Ensure members see a well‑kept parking lot and help them with their purchases.
• Make carts ready and available for members, and assist in loading vehicles.
• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club, answer questions, and resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area, sweep the parking lot, and conduct safety sweeps.
• Assist with payments, use cash registers, process member purchases, and handle various membership and payment types.
• Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds, retrieve carts using equipment, and assist members with transporting items.
• Communicate progress, identify priorities, recommend process improvements, and adapt to change.
