We are looking to add an Escrow Assistant to our growing team at First American. This position plays a key role in making the dream of home ownership a reality.

- Assist in the escrow process, such as opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, and handling disbursement and follow‑up.
- Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow.
- Interpret various agreements relevant to escrow closings.
- Leverage a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions and ensure a phenomenal customer experience.
- Passion for helping customers while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal teams and external customers.
- Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and detail‑oriented skills, with a natural curiosity and eagerness to learn.
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment, contributing to exceeding customer expectations.
- Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to adapt quickly to new software applications and technologies.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 4+ years of escrow‑related experience preferred.
Pay Range: $22.80 – $30.38 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO/paid sick leave, and an employee stock purchase plan.
