• Performing Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) duties as directed by the Person in Charge (PIC).
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the store.
• Greeting and serving guests.
• Handling payment transactions at the cash register.
• Preparing drinks at the Tea Bar.
• Preparing ingredients for baking, including portioning, weighing, and storing.
• Packaging cakes into boxes.

The essential functions are not all-inclusive. Reliable attendance is required.

• Some high school education.
• Preferred experience in operations and food safety (e.g., Food Handler certification at applicant’s expense).

Employees must work in hot, noisy environments, stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work quickly and accurately. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage conflicts is essential.
