DescriptionEmergency Veterinarian – Full Time – ACCESS South Bay – Offering up to 60K sign-on bonus.
ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate would be willing and able to care for sick and injured patients who arrive on an emergency basis, as well as managing hospitalized patients. The ER DVM will assess patients, diagnose illnesses, develop treatment plans, and oversee technicians who are carrying out these plans. The ER DVM will also perform surgeries, provide critical care, and ensure a high level of service for all patients in our emergency department.
Experience& Skills Requirements
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required.
State Veterinary Board LicenseActive and in good standing for the state of intended employment – Obtained prior to start date. Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.
Experience in emergency medicine including work experience, small animal rotating or emergency internships is strongly recommended.

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an annual PROSAL full-time range starting at $180,000-$250,000/year, with a sign-on bonus up to $60,000. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
