Bay Cities Pet Hospital

Bay Cities Pet Hospital, a successful and beautiful small animal practice, is looking for a full-time Veterinarian to join our general practice. Our hospital has been serving the South Bay for over 30 years and is located in Torrance, California. We operate Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM with no after-hours emergencies or on-call requirements.

The ideal candidate would be willing and able to help grow the practice by offering excellent preventative care, performing routine surgery and dentistry, presenting detailed case workups, and providing thorough client communication and community outreach.

Compensation is negotiable based on credentials and experience, with an annual PROSAL range starting at $175,000/year. The actual salary offered will consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. • Grow the practice by providing excellent preventative care and client education.
• Perform routine surgery and dentistry as part of general practice.
• Present thorough case workups and collaborate with clients on treatment plans.
• Communicate effectively with clients and engage in community outreach.
• Collaborate within Thrive Pet Healthcare to leverage network resources and professional development opportunities.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required.
• State Veterinary Board License in good standing for the hiring state prior to start date.
• Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.
