Pay: $2,900 per week

About the Position
A Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager coordinates and manages patient care plans to ensure effective treatment and smooth transitions across healthcare services. The nurse collaborates with physicians, patients, and healthcare teams to assess patient needs, develop care plans, monitor progress, and ensure proper documentation while maintaining quality and cost-effective care.
Requirements
Active RN License .
BLS certification required.
1–2 years of case management or clinical nursing experience preferred.
Strong care coordination, assessment, and documentation skills .
Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills .
