Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse provides skilled nursing care, case management, and hospice care to individuals facing advancing age, frailty, and serious illness. This role involves patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for effective patient care.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct patient assessments to determine care needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Develop and implement patient care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide skilled nursing care in various settings (e.g., Medical/Surgical, ICU, ER, Psychiatric, Labor & Delivery, PACU, Operating Room).
- Document patient information accurately and timely.
- Provide case management and coordinate hospice care services.

Required Skills &

Certifications:

- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of working.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hospital, home health, or hospice care experience.
- Clinical Assessment, Medication Administration, and Treatment Planning skills.
- Driver's license, car insurance, and automobile for field work.

- Specialities in Medical/Surgical, ICU, ER, Psychiatric, Labor & Delivery, PACU, Operating Room.
