Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care, case management, and hospice care to individuals facing advancing age, frailty, and serious illness. Responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Strong communication and collaboration with patients, providers, and other team members are essential.

Required Skills &

Certifications:

- ACLS, BCLS, FHM, NRP
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of working
- Clinical Assessment, Medication Administration, and Treatment Planning skills
- Interdisciplinary Team Collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Driver's license, car insurance, and automobile for field work
- Minimum 3 years of experience

Preferred Skills &

Certifications:

- AWHONN Advanced certification
- Precepting skills

Special Considerations:

- May be required to float to another medical center
- Must be flexible working weekends

Scheduling:
- PM shift need
- Weekend work depends on the length of the contract
- Open to accommodating block schedule per manager discretion
- Facility is able to call off once per two week pay period
