Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse provides skilled nursing care, case management, and hospice care to individuals facing advancing age, frailty, and serious illness. Required Skills &

Certifications:

- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of working.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of hospital, home health, or hospice care experience.
