Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care, case management, and hospice care to individuals facing advancing age, frailty, and serious illness. Daily tasks include patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Strong communication and collaboration with patients, providers, and other team members are critical to this role.

Required Skills &

Certifications:

- ACLS
- AWHONN Advanced
- BCLS
- NRP
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of working
- Clinical Assessment, Medication Administration, and Treatment Planning skills
- Minimum 3 years of hospital, home health, or hospice care experience
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Driver's license, car insurance, and automobile for field work

Special Considerations:

- Must be flexible working weekends
- May be required to float to other facilities

Scheduling:
- PM shift
- Weekend work may be required depending on contract length
- Open to accommodating block schedule per manager discretion
- Facility is able to call off once per two week pay period
