Centrally located in Torrance, California, Sunnyside Nursing and Post-Acute Care provides sub-acute nursing care, rehabilitation services, skilled nursing, and long-term care. Job Description
- Manage and oversee LVNs & CNAs
- Assist with resident admissions and discharges
- IV management
- Resident assessment and care plans
- Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding resident care
- Provide advice and emotional support to residents and their family members
- Make recommendations for revisions of policies, procedures, etc., to the Director of Nursing Services
- Oversee and assist in developing methods for coordinating nursing services with other resident services to assure the continuity of the residents’ total regimen of care
Requirements
- Must have a current and active California RN License
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Available Shifts
- 7:00 - 3:30 pm
- 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm
- 11:00 pm - 7:30 am
