RN Nurse Manager – Operating Room | Salary: $152,000–$241,000/year | Full-Time

Job Overview
We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Manager to oversee total operations and clinical team members of the Operating Room. The ideal candidate provides strong leadership, ensures high-quality nursing care, and fosters a collaborative, patient-centered culture.

Requirements to Apply

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• NRP certification (within 90–180 days, depending on specialty)
• Minimum 5 years of specialty experience
• Minimum 3 years of management experience
• Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred
