We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Shop Manager to oversee daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of retail management. This role involves managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory accuracy, and driving sales growth. The Shop Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive shopping environment and achieving store objectives.

- Tik Tok Shop Strategy & Growth — Own the overall Tik Tok Shop strategy — driving growth across live commerce, affiliate marketing, and creator-led campaigns. Identify trends, opportunities, and platform shifts to evolve our approach and stay ahead of the Tik Tok algorithm.
- Day-to-Day Shop Management — Manage and optimize all Tik Tok Shop operations — listings, pricing, promotions, inventory health, and customer experience. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability, visual consistency, and seamless fulfillment.
- Affiliate & Creator Management — Recruit, onboard, and activate new affiliates and creators, ensuring they’re aligned with brand tone and performance goals. Design incentive programs, provide performance updates, and maintain active relationships with top creators to drive consistent GMV growth. Collaborate with agency partners and the Tik Tok affiliate team to scale content-driven sales.
- Campaigns & Product Merchandising — Build and own the Tik Tok Shop campaign calendar — product launches, seasonal activations, platform events, and key shopping moments. Develop Tik Tok-exclusive bundles, limited-edition drops, and creative product strategies tailored to the platform’s audience and trends. Partner with creative and social teams to ensure campaign content is optimized for both engagement and conversion.
- Live Commerce — Manage Tik Tok Live scheduling, product/pricing strategy creator coordination, and performance tracking. Collaborate with internal teams, creators, and agency partners to execute high-converting live streams and product demos.
- Data, Insights & Optimization — Track and analyze performance across key metrics including GMV, ROAS, CPA, affiliate productivity, and live conversion rates. Translate insights into actionable optimizations across listings, campaigns, and affiliate activations. Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for leadership.
- Agency & Partner Management — Lead relationships with live commerce and affiliate agencies to ensure measurable results. Negotiate terms, track performance, and align partner output with internal objectives.
- Base Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 yearly
- Performance Bonus: up to 5% based on Tik Tok Shop growth and KPIs
