Production Supervisor

A fast-growing marine technology company is building high-performance electric boats to replace outdated gas-powered platforms. By designing hulls, batteries, cooling systems, firmware, and software as one integrated system, the team delivers cleaner, quieter, and more reliable watercraft using modern, aerospace‑ and automotive‑inspired manufacturing. Production is scaling to meet growing demand.

We are hiring a Production Supervisor I to lead second-shift manufacturing operations at a Los Angeles facility, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
. This hands‑on role is well suited for someone early in their leadership career who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑ownership environment. The role reports into senior production leadership and is accountable for daily execution and production targets.

• Lead and support a team of production technicians on second shift
• Organize, assign, and track daily work against production schedules
• Monitor safety, quality, timekeeping, and shop standards
• Partner with engineering and production leadership to align on priorities and timelines
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance feedback for technicians
• Maintain tooling and consumable inventory for the shift
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, efficiency, and workflow

• 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Prior experience leading a team, shift, or project
• Willingness to work hands‑on when needed
• Ability to adapt quickly and solve problems in real time
• Availability to work 2:00 PM‑10:30 PM
• Composite manufacturing experience
• Aerospace background strongly preferred

• Enthusiasm for boating and clean energy

Annual Salary: $75k- $90k
