We’re building the next generation of high-performance electric boats and cleaner, quieter, and engineered from the ground up. Our growing marine manufacturing team is looking for a hands‑on Production Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day shop floor operations at our LA facility.

This is a floor‑based leadership role. You’ll work side by side with technicians, keep builds on schedule, and take ownership of safety, quality, and output in a fast‑moving environment.

• Lead, assign, and track work for the production technician team against build schedules
• Hire, train, develop, and manage technicians
• Enforce safety, quality, timekeeping, and shop organization standards
• Partner closely with engineering and production leaders to set priorities and timelines
• Maintain tooling and consumable inventory
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and productivity

• 5+ years in a fast‑paced manufacturing or production environment
• Prior experience leading a team or major projects
• Comfortable getting hands‑on when needed
• Flexible, resourceful, and able to keep complex builds moving

• Strong written and verbal communication
• Comfortable pushing a high pace
• Interest in boating and clean energy
