This position is responsible for assisting manufacturing site personnel in the production process while training to perform shop functions.

• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by adhering to safety standards and practices, and alerting others to potential hazards.
• Perform duties as assigned and uphold TEAM’s Core Values.
• Assist in all job activities supporting the production process.
• Detect and report defective materials, equipment, or questionable conditions.
• Observe manufacturing work and attend training to develop operational skills.
• Maintain shop cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Travel requirements: 0% - 25%.

• Position based at a branch or site location.
• Work involves indoor and outdoor activities in a plant environment.
• Interaction with employees, supervisors, and clients.
• Work around production machinery with high noise levels.
• Must wear safety equipment as required.
• Possible travel to multiple sites and exposure to climate changes.
