Job Summary

• The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of various products.
• As a SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, the role will involve defining and prioritizing product features, manage the product backlog, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product success.

• Lead and manage cross functional project teams to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and scope
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Identify and resolve project issues and risks, escalating when necessary
• Conduct project reviews and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Define product features, prioritize the product backlog, and work closely with the development team
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product vision and goals are understood and implemented
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions
• Ensure product success through effective collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement

• Strong knowledge and experience in project management methodologies and tools
• Proven experience as a safe product owner/product manager in an agile environment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and principles
• Certification in safe or project management (e.g., safe product owner/product manager, PMP) is preferred

  SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, Project Management Professional (PMP)

• Candidate with 10+ years of product ownership experience with strong financial background; experience in handling payment gateways or financial products
• Lead digital transformation; worked in fortune 500 companies; worked in customer facing products like web or mobile app
• Client is NOT looking for a data person.
• Also, preferred is a candidate who has played the role of a Product Manager of a smaller shop or start up. As they didn't have the organizational process rigor or same magnitude in ramifications, they can start as a Product Owner.
• It would be nice to have if one of the product managers have the following skillset: SFDC Marketing Cloud experience.
• Creating new journey templates and email campaigns.
