The Facility Services Division Manager serves CAM's commercial and multifamily clients. No day is the same. Responsibilities include oversight of On Demand calls for commercial handyman, hauling, and graffiti to scheduling of maintenance technicians to perform multifamily unit turns, and special projects like trash chute repair.

Most importantly, this leader will champion and scale the Mercury Constellation™ workforce development model throughout CAM's Southern and Central California footprint.

• Improve labor efficiency and routing
• Drive continuous improvement and SOP adoption
• Strengthen client relationships and account retention

• Gross Margin / Contribution Margin
• Workforce certification completion
• Division revenue growth
• Client satisfaction

• Base salary from $90,000 per year
• Annual incentive plan based on operational improvements in gross profit and gross margins. Target: 20% of base salary
• Company vehicle, fuel card and maintenance
