Paralegal who enjoys being hands-on with litigation and contributing to meaningful work in a supportive, professional environment. This role places you at the center of active employment litigation matters. You will work closely with attorneys and staff, supporting cases from early discovery through trial preparation, while keeping matters organized and moving forward.
- Manage discovery, calendars, and deadlines
- Prepare and organize pleadings, correspondence, and client files
- Assist with trial preparation and filings
- Coordinate with courts, vendors, and internal team members
- Support attorneys in day-to-day litigation tasks
- Experience supporting civil litigation matters
- Familiarity with California civil procedure and local court rules
- Comfort working with case management and e-filing platforms
- Spanish language skills are a plus
- A paralegal certificate or degree is helpful but not required
- Hybrid work schedule based in Torrance, California
