The Commercial Lines Account Manager supports Account Executives in managing client relationships and delivering customized insurance solutions. This role ensures efficient policy servicing, renewals, and day-to-day account management while providing exceptional customer service.

• Support Account Executives with servicing and retaining commercial clients
• Manage policy renewals, endorsements, and coverage changes
• Collaborate with carriers and underwriters to negotiate terms
• Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system
• Assist in preparing proposals and identifying upsell opportunities
• Stay current on industry trends and regulations
• Deliver outstanding service and ensure client satisfaction

• 5+ years in commercial lines insurance
• Active P&C license required
• CISR, CIC, CRM, or similar designation (or willingness to obtain within 18 months)
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AMS
  360 and Image Right experience preferred
• Experience with Zoom/Teams for virtual client meetings
