This role focuses on servicing and managing commercial insurance accounts in the Select Business Unit. You’ll collaborate with Account Executives but lead much of the day-to-day client service independently.
Qualifications- High school diploma + 3 years of commercial insurance experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
- Valid Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Willing to obtain CISR, CIC, or CRM within 18 months.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AMS 360, and Image Right.
- Experience running virtual meetings (Teams/Zoom).
