• System Administration: Customize, configure, and refine fields, workflows, and modules to create a CRM environment that feels intuitive, powerful, and tailored to our real‑world operations.
• Data Management: Ensure our CRM is home to clean, reliable, accurate data. Manage imports, exports, integrity checks, and cleansing to keep everything sharp and trustworthy.
• Reporting & Analytics: Build dashboards and reports that transform numbers into narratives – stories that guide decisions, highlight opportunities, and reveal customer behavior patterns.
• User Support & Training: Be the go‑to expert. Train departments, craft clean and effective documentation, and support staff as they adopt and utilize CRM capabilities.
• Streamline, automate, integrate – your innovation will help us operate more efficiently and allow teams to spend more time doing meaningful work.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, IT, and leadership to align CRM strategy with big‑picture organizational goals.
