Job Description
Pay Range: $80hr - $85hr
- A Salesforce B2B Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing enterprise‑grade B2B commerce solutions.
- This role acts as a technical advisor and solution leader, ensuring digital commerce ecosystems are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals.
- Lead the design of Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud solutions, including CPQ and Revenue Cloud.
- Define system architecture, integration patterns, and data flows.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security of B2B platforms.
- Guide development teams in implementing custom UI components using Lightning Web Components and Aura, as well as backend logic using Apex.
- Provide best practices for Salesforce B2B Commerce administration and configuration.
- Mentor junior developers and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
- Integrate Salesforce with third‑party systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Oversee quote‑to‑cash processes and digital commerce workflows.
- Ensure seamless connectivity across ERP, CRM, and external platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale B2B commerce projects.
- Manage technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Lead cross‑functional teams and facilitate effective communication between technical and business stakeholders.
- Extensive experience in Salesforce or enterprise architecture roles.
- Proven track record in delivering large‑scale B2B commerce solutions.
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud using Lightning.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, JavaScript, and Salesforce Lightning frameworks.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud.
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles.
- Experience integrating complex ecosystems using APIs and middleware.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
