Network Engineer – Japanese Bilingual

A Japanese IT company providing a wide range of technology services—including system development, software solutions, and website production—is seeking a Network Engineer to join its growing team.

This role is well-suited for entry-level candidates who are eager to build a career in IT infrastructure and network engineering. You will work in a supportive, team‑oriented environment and gain hands‑on experience with servers, networks, and client support while receiving on‑the‑job training.

• Perform maintenance and basic administration of servers, workstations, and network environments
• Monitor network and system performance and assist with troubleshooting connectivity or hardware issues
• Provide IT support remotely and through on‑site visits to client locations as needed
• Collaborate with internal engineers and communicate technical issues clearly to clients

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Japanese / English bilingual (business‑level communication required)
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Strong willingness to learn, positive attitude, and proactive mindset

• Experience working in a Windows‑based environment
• Basic knowledge or interest in network security concepts
• Experience with server administration or IT infrastructure support
• Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware, network, or system‑related issues

• Monday–Friday, on‑site (9:00 AM–6:00 PM)
• Competitive salary based on experience
  $40,000 - 50,000/Annually
