Senior SAP Qualtrics Analyst
Duration: 5-Month Contract
We are seeking a Senior Qualtrics Analyst to support advanced survey analytics, system integrations, automation, and insight generation using the Qualtrics XM platform. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, data engineering, BI teams, and external vendors to deliver high-quality dashboards, reports, integrations, and survey solutions that drive business decision-making.
The ideal candidate has deep hands‑on experience with Qualtrics configuration, APIs, automation, and analytics
, and can operate independently in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.
- Design, configure, and maintain Qualtrics dashboards for real‑time KPI monitoring.
- Create filters, segments, and calculated fields for advanced insights.
- Automate scheduled report delivery to stakeholders.
- Export and blend Qualtrics data with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
. - Manage and maintain XM Directory
, including list hygiene, deduplication, and CRM/CDP integrations. - Validate vendor‑produced dashboards and reports for accuracy and business alignment.
- Design and maintain integrations between Qualtrics and external systems (Salesforce, AWS S3, Snowflake, Big Query, Adobe, internal APIs).
- Configure Qualtrics APIs and Data Connectors for automated data ingestion and exports.
- Manage authentication, permissions, and secure data transfers.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to align Qualtrics data with enterprise data models.
- Perform QA and reconciliation of upstream and downstream data flows.
- Develop Python and SQL scripts for ETL and automation.
- Create and manage scheduled jobs for recurring integrations.
- Use Qualtrics Workflows, Actions, and Webhooks for event‑based automation.
- Perform historical data backfills using Qualtrics APIs.
- Monitor automation pipelines, troubleshoot failures, and implement alerting.
- Conduct upstream invitation and response data analysis.
- Clean and transform CSV, JSON, and Excel datasets.
- Build pivot tables and exploratory analyses to identify trends.
- QA vendor‑delivered datasets and dashboards.
- Translate data into actionable insights for business partners.
- Collaborate with BI and marketing analytics teams to merge survey, CRM, and behavioral data.
- Manage analytics and integration backlogs with business stakeholders.
- Prioritize work based on business value and urgency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to surveys, dashboards, and integrations.
- Coordinate with vendors on requirements, QA, SLAs, and deliverables.
- Document incidents, root causes, and resolutions.
- Design surveys using advanced logic, branching, quotas, embedded data, and randomization
. - Configure display logic and dynamic content.
- Set up email, SMS, and anonymous distributions.
- Implement and manage Website Feedback and Mobile SDK intercepts
. - Test surveys end‑to‑end to ensure accurate data capture.
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Train users on dashboard interpretation and data best practices.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA
, and internal data governance standards.
- Advanced survey configuration, logic, and embedded data.
- Dashboard creation, segmentation, and calculated fields.
- XM Directory management and panel automation.
- Workflows, Actions, and Webhooks.
- Website Feedback and Mobile SDK deployments.
- Strong experience with Qualtrics REST APIs
. - Integrations with Salesforce, AWS S3, Snowflake, Big Query, Adobe.
- OAuth2 authentication, API rate limits, and error handling.
- SQL for ETL and analytics.
- Power Shell or Bash scripting (preferred).
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (pivots, formulas, lookups).
- Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
- Survey analytics (NPS, CSAT, driver analysis).
- Strong data QA and validation skills.
- Backlog and incident management experience.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work across Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.
- Vendor management and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Highly detail‑oriented with a focus on data quality.
