Job Summary

The Automotive Finance Sr. Business Analyst leads business analysis activities within automotive finance or financial services projects.

The role is responsible for project delivery from initial scoping through warranty, partnering with diverse stakeholders to ensure successful end-to-end implementation while supporting continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project implementation from initial scoping, requirements gathering, and solution design through to post-implementation warranty support.
• Conduct and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, independently driving discussions to capture requirements and align on project objectives.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, process flows, and gap analysis to support solution development and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and technology teams to ensure requirements are met and project goals achieved.
• Utilize tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops (ADO), and Confluence for project tracking, requirements management, and documentation.
• Support the identification of process improvements and participate in solution testing and validation.

• Proven business analyst experience within automotive finance or broader financial services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading project life cycles from scope definition through to warranty support.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and conduct stakeholder workshops and drive independent business discussions.
• Proficiency with project management and documentation tools such as Jira, ADO, and Confluence.
• Mandatory:
  Experience and knowledge in captive finance environments.

• Experience across full implementation life cycles.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct gap analysis and map process flows.
• Ability to operate as a self-starter and manage priorities independently.
