Partner Engineering & Science, Inc. is seeking a strategic and technically adept Manager – Business Analytics, Data & Integration to lead our data science and reporting teams in delivering high-impact analytics and AI-driven solutions. This role is pivotal in transforming data and integrations into actionable insights that drive decision-making across our real estate consulting operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture, analytics platforms, and team leadership within a professional services environment.
ResponsibilitiesAnd Duties
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of data scientists, data engineers, and reporting analysts.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven team culture.
- Oversee resource allocation, performance management, and professional development.
- Analytics Strategy & Execution:
- Define and execute the business analytics roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced analytics models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Technology & Data
Infrastructure:- Oversee the development and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Snowflake, Azure, etc.).
- Ensure data governance, quality, and security standards are upheld.
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to optimize data architecture and integration.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Partner with business leaders, consultants, and clients to understand analytics needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and client stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in business analytics, data science, or BI, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional analytics teams in a professional services or consulting environment.
- Strong proficiency in advanced data programming, automation, and analytics using Python and SQL, BI platforms (e.g., Power BI), and cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Snowflake).
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in real estate, financial services, or related industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with real estate data sources and KPIs, preferred.
- Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, or AI applications in business contexts, preferred.
- Agile or Scrum project management certification, preferred.
Salary range: $140,000 - $170,000. This is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role.
