Talent Manager, Employee Relations
At Blue Robotics we’re on a mission to enable the future of marine robotics. Our organization is small but dynamic. We have employees in multiple states, team members outside of the US, and a growing office in Canada. The team we’ve assembled over the last 11 years is our single greatest asset. For HR all these talented humans is a wild ride.
The main objective for our HR department is pretty simple: take good care of our team. This objective manifests in actions large and small. Sometimes taking care of the team is as simple as providing a thoughtful answer in a timely manner. Remembering to ask about their family, wishing them ‘happy birthday’, etc. At other times, taking care of our team means upgrading systems, re-writing policies, or making other major changes to our processes.
Working on the Blue Robotics HR team means you have the ability to make an immediate positive impact on someone’s day, and also upgrade the employee experience for years to come.
