• Foster a friendly, safe, and inclusive therapy environment
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in a clinic setting and/or within our center‑based Early Intervention program
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and professionals to deliver coordinated, high‑quality care
• Manage a diverse caseload, which may include early intervention, habilitative, and rehabilitative services for children ages 0–18 with a wide range of diagnoses
• Adhere to organizational policies and procedures to ensure consistent, ethical, and effective service delivery
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including required in‑service trainings and team meetings

• Master's degree in physical therapy (Required)
• Current Physical Therapy California state license (Required)
• Pediatric experience in working with a variety of disorders (Required)
• CPR/First Aid certified (Preferred)

• Must maintain valid and current proof of legal right to drive in California
• Successfully pass all post‑offer, pre‑employment screening requirements, including criminal background check, TB test, drug screening and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Ability to run, push, pull, bend, squat, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
