• Foster a friendly, safe, and inclusive therapy environment
• Identify different communication styles to develop effective communication with staff, families, teachers, and community partners
• Provide individualized, goal-oriented therapy tailored to each child’s unique needs and family dynamics
• Monitor and track upcoming reports due based on the funder
• Serve as a liaison between the funder (school team, family, etc.) and the leadership team to pro-actively identify areas of concern and maintain strong relationships with the community
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including daily notes in Raintree and progress reports
• Collaborate with other service providers, including, when appropriate, other therapists and classroom teachers

• Master of Arts or Science degree from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) approved school of Speech Therapy (Required)
• Meet the education and experience requirements for a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology, granted by the American Speech-Language Pathology (Required)
• Strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
• Minimum of one (1) year’s clinical experience in Speech-Language Pathology (Required)
• CPR/First Aid certified (Preferred)

• Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and engage in active, play-based therapy
• Successful completion of background check, TB test, drug screening, and employment eligibility verification
• Willingness to participate in disaster preparedness drills and emergency procedures
