Tax Manager

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager/Senior to support U.S. and cross-border (Japan–U.S.) tax compliance and advisory work.

This role requires strong technical expertise, ownership mentality, and the ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced professional services environment.

• Manage U.S. federal and state tax compliance for corporate and individual clients
• Review tax returns and work papers prepared by staff
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors
• Identify tax planning opportunities and support advisory projects
• Ensure deadlines, quality standards, and internal controls are met

9:00-18:00

Hybrid working style – minimum 2 days per week in the office

$150-180K

• CPA preferred (or in progress)
• 5–10+ years of relevant tax experience (public accounting preferred)
• Strong knowledge of U.S. corporate and individual taxation
• Experience with international or cross-border tax matters is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
