VP of Finance/Chief Accounting Officer

• Accounting – Manage the overall corporate finance and accounting activities with emphasis on external and internal financial/operations reporting, analysis, budget, compliance, audit administration and SaaS business accounting.

• Credit – Manage the overall processes and budgets within the Credit Department including Cash Application Management, Credit Risk Management, Accounts Receivable Collections Management, Accounts Receivable Deductions Management, Credit-related Risk Management, Corporate Governance and Compliance, Credit Reporting and other credit-related operations

• Financial Planning – Manage capital assets including tax planning and compliance, develop cost control systems and evaluate current financial process and practices with a mindset of improvement. Provide financial analysis and support related to mergers and acquisitions activity.

• Tax – Manage the overall corporate tax compliance and planning activities for the U.S and Canadian PNA group companies including the timely preparation and filing of federal, state, provincial and local income tax returns, franchise tax returns, payroll tax and other corporate tax filings and reporting requirements. Oversee tax compliance.

• Insurance – Manage PNA Group companies’ property and casualty insurance programs and risks to maximize the protection of assets at reasonable prices, including managing insurance recoveries on losses.

• Internal Control – Manage internal company controls and internal and external audits for PNA Group companies’ corporate activities to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls, operations and management. Manage J-SOX compliance and reporting.
