Reporting into senior leadership, the Director of Quality Engineering will define and own quality standards across all flight hardware programmes. You will design, implement, and continuously enhance quality systems that balance speed, reliability, and certification readiness across manufacturing and supply chain operations.

• Define and implement quality methodologies across the full manufacturing lifecycle
• Establish systems to identify, track, and resolve quality issues while driving reliability improvements
• Lead cross-functional quality improvement initiatives across engineering, production, and supply chain
• Oversee non-conformance management and root cause resolution
• Develop and maintain manufacturing quality standards, inspection processes, and compliance frameworks

• Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
• Extensive experience in manufacturing quality or reliability engineering
• Demonstrated success building or optimising Quality Management Systems
• Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining AS9100-aligned processes
• Strong leadership and communication skills across technical and production teams
