Position: Technician - Test - Level 1, FAA (Shift 3:30-11:00 PM)

Job Description

You will report directly to our Test Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Torrance, CA location with an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our testing processes, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards before they reach our customers. Your attention to detail and technical skills will be essential in identifying issues and implementing solutions that enhance product performance.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct tests on various products and components to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
  • Document test results and assist in the analysis of data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve testing issues.
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a testing or technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and equipment.
  • Proficiency in using testing tools and software to conduct tests and analyze results.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance processes and standards.

  • Associate’s degree in Engineering Technology or a related field.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
