Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM(closed weekends and holidays)

[Qualification]
・Legally eligible to work in the United States
・Proficient in both English and Japanese
・California driver's license

[Job Description]
You will be responsible for:
・Maintain and troubleshoot servers, workstations, and networks
・Provide remote and on-site support
・Configure and manage Windows Server, backup/UPS systems, and other infrastructure
・Set up data migration, email, printers, and applications for workstations
・Diagnose and build networks, repair PCs and laptops
・Manage domains, DNS, and email servers

[Preferred Skills]
・1+ year of practical experience in the Windows environment (Server 2016/2019/2022, Workstation 10/11)
・Experience in network construction (routers/firewalls, wireless, printers, etc.)
・Troubleshooting and repair of Windows Server and Workstation, virus removal, and various environment setups
・Troubleshooting in Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Windows 10/11, and experience setting up various environments
・Experience managing Hyper-V and VMware
・Technical expertise in firewalls and security-related areas
・Experience in domain/DNS and email management
・Linux server management experience
・Experience in building and managing Azure and AWS environments
