Pay: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour + $500 Sign-On Bonus

Monday through Friday, Full Time and Part Time opportunities available
The Learning Experience in Torrance is hiring passionate Early Childhood Education Teachers to join our growing team. We are seeking dedicated educators for Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms. If you enjoy creating engaging learning environments and supporting early childhood development, we would love to connect with you.
What You Will Do- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum and structured learning activities
- Maintain classroom organization and state licensing standards
- Build strong relationships with families and team members
- Ensure the health, safety, and supervision of all children
- Minimum twelve completed Early Childhood Education (ECE) units required
- Infant/Toddler units required for Infant classroom placement
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
- Must meet California state background check and health requirements
- Experience in an early childhood classroom preferred
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude
