Call Center Rep

RCTV is looking for Part-time Call Center Representatives to work on-site at our Torrance, CA location. This position is not remote. We are currently hiring for Saturday Sunday shifts that starts 7:00AM-4:00PM. This role provides potential for growth within the department and company, as we actively identify strong performers for promotion. The RCTV Call Center operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Working weekends is required. The ability to work on a weekend-based schedule is essential. As a Call Center Representative, you will answer calls from potential customers interested in our products featured during our media ads

• Answer incoming calls from potential customers.
• Identify and address customer needs courteously and professionally.
• Work with internal departments to enhance customer experience.
• Educate customers on products featured in our televised shows.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience

• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential, even with our relaxed, casual work environment.
• Must be available to work Saturday nights.
• Reliable means of transportation.
