Torrance, CA. Salary: $23.51 / hour. Position:
Direct Hire.

Overview
  • Direct-Hire;
    Training starts August 25th, 2025.
  • Benefits:

  • Hourly: $23.51 / hour;
    Non-Exempt.
  • Training schedule: 5 weeks, Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:00pm.
  • After training: flexible shifts, 5 days/week (Mon-Sun 5:00am-4:00pm), including weekends and holidays.
  • Japanese/English bilingual ability is a MUST.
Responsibilities
  • Offer highest level of customer service over the phone.
  • Provide customers with information regarding flights, fares, destinations, special offers, and other travel products.
  • Provide timely resolution to customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Use the in-house system to make new flight reservations or modify existing reservations.
  • Accurately obtain documents and confirm customer's personal information.
  • Proactively explore and anticipate customer's future needs.
  • General administrative duties: preparing reports, filing, etc.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bilingual language ability in English and Japanese (proficient speaking, reading, writing).
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Airline, travel, and related industry experience preferred.
  • Customer service and call center experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ability to learn new software.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks.
  • Good phone manner and problem solver.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, strong with numbers.
