Position OverviewWe’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team full-time. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our suppliers — providing exceptional support, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, and maintaining Can Qualify’s reputation for top-tier service and reliability.
Work Schedule- Full-Time, Monday through Friday
- Hours:
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Pacific Time)
- Serve as the first point of contact for supplier inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide step-by-step assistance to suppliers navigating the Can Qualify platform.
- Manage incoming requests, troubleshoot issues, and elevate complex concerns when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of supplier interactions and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with Account Managers, the Compliance Team and other departments to support client/supplier satisfaction and program success.
- Educate supplier users about Can Qualify’s tools, features, and compliance requirements.
- Identify recurring customer needs or pain points and provide feedback to improve service and product performance.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and expand services — such as helping general contractors invite and manage their subcontractors through Can Qualify.
- 3 years of customer service or client support experience, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software tools.
- Experience in construction, energy, or industrial compliance management is a plus.
