The Fountain Group is currently seeking an Order Processing Specialist for a prominent client Medical Diagnostics client of ours. This position is located in Torrance, CA. This is an onsite position, during normal business hours, Monday - Friday.
Job DescriptionResponsible for providing the highest quality of customer service to internal and external customers. This includes responding to customer inquiries via e‑mail, telephone calls and live chat, entering orders, entering and processing return authorizations, processing change requests, maintaining the customer master file and escalating customer/system issues appropriately and completing other administrative support tasks.
Qualifications- Proven experience in customer service.
- Experience using a CRM (i.e. Salesforce).
- Experience using an ERP system (Net Suite, SAP ERP, MS Dynamics 365, Oracle ERP, etc.)
- High School Diploma/GED
